The founder
In recent years I have seen and commented on too much behaviour that has no place in football. When parents tell me they hesitate to sign their child up, I know it is time to act. With Contrepied, I want to protect what makes this game strong: the joy of playing, respect and passing it on.
Laure Boulleau, founder
A former France international and Canal+ pundit, trained at Clairefontaine, left-back for Paris Saint-Germain for thirteen seasons. From the touchline to the TV studio, she sees the same pattern: referees walking away, coaches burning out, parents crossing into insults and aggression. Contrepied is her answer.
